      Pros

      The security of being in the nuclear field. Same people as Brooks-good people to work with. Good 401k.

      Cons

      Nuclear minimum wage. Unfortunately, the best guys(hardest to replace) are talking about moving on and no effort has been made to replace the few people already lost. Field service has approximately 12 members. Engineering manufacturing and management make up about 80% of this field service company.

      Good to work,work -balance is great. Dream company to work... :).

      Lack of communication - in different geographical locations....it is changing now.

      Pros

      Location, Location, Location. Good holiday schedule. Prestigious name recognition, impresses folks who don't know any better.

      Cons

      "Agile" work environment. Planned space deficiency. Benefits are sub-par. PTO program means if you get sick you forfeit your vacation, so come to work sick. The culture values unpaid overtime. Work/Life balance is non-existant. They prefer a work/work balance. Training is new employees responsibility.
