      Pros

      You get given real responsibility straight away and the training scheme gives you the chance to experience a range of areas of the business. The work life balance and social scene is amazing too.

      Cons

      Being in a large company, change takes time. The processes that are in place are there for a reason, but if something needs changing it can be quite difficult to implement.

      Pros

      The salary is competitive. There are also good benefits and initiatives to recognize good worker. Co workers are generally friendly.

      Cons

      The hierarchy is pretty heavy on top. Those at the bottom tends to get cut and those at the top tends to change frequently. Communications is a issue. There are always people left out in the loop especially those who are doing the actual work. Politics which is inevitable exists and can be seen.
