      Exciting environment, great people that support each other and work together as a team. Leaders are very strategic and clearly communicate their vision. Great opportunity to move across businesses and locations.

      Cons

      Several of their industries are being affected by the economic downturn resulting in layoffs and tough business changes.

      Global business and there are 5 major segments. If one segment is down, the other carries the business. That does not mean no layoffs. Good camaraderie among low level employees

      Cons

      Reorganization every two years. Immature mid level management. Due to the constant reorg, many use the opportunity to apply positions advertised to promote themselves.

      Too many managers who don't have a technical knowledge base Pay grades not sufficient to differientiate between top preformers and average staff Ageing work force that are usually too slow to respond to change
