Pros

The pay is pretty good. The working hours can be good because of flexible solutions. Late nights can be required though.

Cons

The downside could be that it's not to easy to get promoted.

Pros

Drawing a blank here...some opportunities to work at other global Rolls-Royce sites. Great place to work if you can get used to the chronic low morale.

Cons

SLOW describes just about everything here...product development, HR, IT, promotions, raises, etc. Do not expect your salary to keep up with inflation. Poor work environment for engineers (i.e., no plants allowed at desks, poor HVAC, there are not desks but tables, nearby landfill and chemical plant). The brand name goes a long way here.

Pros

interesting engines and work environment, work with a lot of people and production people from good old england, wales, ireland and europe

Cons

bad salary and compensation, low level quality of mid and senior management, low tech environment of a blue collar production plant
