Pros

- There is a lot of opportunity to change positions and gain experience in various areas of the business. - Flexible work schedule (some groups have work-from-home policy which is nice)

Cons

- Management tries to be receptive, but sometimes still does not act with employee feedback consideration - Lack of resources can make workload extremely high

Global mobility, good compensation, promotion opportunities, interesting product. People are very passionate about the brand and company values.

Cons

Very U.K. Centric management. Employees not empowered to make decisions. Can be very political and bureaucratic, especially if you are not based in England.
