Pros

Work/life balance is good, RR invest in internal training, RR encourages employees to move roles internally every 2-4 years, big focus on professional development

Cons

Not enough diversity and lack of women in senior roles, pay rises are low, too much focus on 'cost cutting', too many decisions having to go back to the UK, too much stakeholder "buy in" and not enough direct leadership, people are not held accountable

Pros

The type of work is interesting and rewording when you see the applications.

Cons

Leadership team rolls over to the union and creates conflict between hourly workforce and non Union workforce. Politics rule the shop floor not your abality to perform.
