      Pros

      Location in Downtown Indianapolis. Competitive salary in aerospace market.

      Cons

      Agile / open work environment is quite distracting and not conducive to productive work. Foreign ownership influences on work procedures are cumbersome and slow down work efficiency.

      Generally good place to work, but they are starting to cut jobs in an attempt to outsource more.

      Pros

      Good salary. Good benefits. (At least my job) good hours. Smart group of people (salary). Cool product.

      Cons

      Aging products, with nothing new really coming up. Hourly (union) workforce is disgruntled. Old school management in most places. If you have been there a long time, have a military past, and kiss up you will be a manager.
