Pros

It seems like a place that values knowledge, learning, and employee development. Additionally, there are quite a few 20-somethings and 30-somethings.

Cons

The usual downsides of working at a large corporation -- inefficiencies here and there.

Pros

The people are incredible. You never have to worry about asking or seeking out information or advice. Everyone is always happy to help. The work is rewarding. The projects constantly change between R&D, Manufacturing/Production, and auditing. Company really adapted to remote working and is very flexible to finding what works best for employees and the department(s).

Cons

Some of the technology is outdated and can really use an upgrade. I have felt there is a disconnect between the people who work in the production or overhaul facilities and those who work in the downtown space. Retention of diversity talent is something that needs work.
