Pros

Rolls-Royce has some wonderful people that are great to work with. This tends to hold true across functions and regions.

Cons

Extremely bureaucratic processes make it difficult to achieve objectives. The former CEO, John Rishton, set the company back several years with his poor decisions and lack of leadership.

Pros

Opportunities for worldwide travel. Excellent graduate programs. Access to free parking downtown during and after work hours. Nice office building on Meridian Avenue.

Cons

Unnecessary tedious inefficient processes that cause delays in customer service and deteriorate profitability for the organization. White male dominated workforce where decisions are made in UK.

Pros

Really great people to work with at the working level. Benefits are really good. The open concept encourages collaboration among the teams.

Cons

Typical bureaucracy. Things move slowly and it can be frustrating. The bonus scheme has declined recently.
