Pros

It's a good environment for familiarization of turboshaft parts with the utilization and training of different tools of assembly and measurements. From my experiences it is a great starting point for someone who is looking into establishing themselves in the aviation field.

Cons

No theories of operation towards turbines are implied. This is just an engine MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) Facility. You will not obtain any general aviation experience. Only turboshaft assembly experience.

Pros

High pay mostly good people excellent parking for downtown

Cons

Benefits are not what one would expect from such a large company. Many re-orgs management will put you where they think you should be with out consult. Open concept doesn't lend itself to this type of company.
