      Pros

      Your fellow employees are the most enjoyable part of being employes there. Not too many people they are too important to talk with you or help you out with your concerns.

      Cons

      The company is going through a bit of a corporate culture shock since it was acquired by IHS, another firm which is not bad so far. The entrepreneurial fire Root once possessed has now been doused a bit.

      Pros

      Root has grown year over year revenue at an impressive pace, and presents signficant opportunity for future revenue/profit growth. Great opportunity to expand your skill set and grow with the company. Potential for international experience.

      Cons

      The company is still relatively young, and dependent on few customers, so there remains a fair bit of risk regarding it's long-term viability. Also could be a buy-out target, so job security could be an issue for some.
