      Startup mentality. Dynamic work environment. There is no micromanaging here. Employees are trusted to perform and do a good job while working somewhat independently as well as collaboratively.

      Cons

      The company is restructuring and jobs are being eliminated. Poor attitude among employees. Good work goes unrecognized.
