      It was great before the acquisition, went downhill ever since.

      Flexible working hours, people work from home liberally; dog friendly.

      Cons

      Petty politics amplified due to startup environment, everyone silo'd off into their own worlds. Compensation is lower than market, especially their bonuses, and very few perks.

      Poor general management following departure of pre-acquisition founders and senior execs. Poor investment in business following acquisition led to significant colleague departures, and reduction in innovation
