      Pros

      Not too much scrum overhead.

      Cons

      No work or too much. Adhoc design decisions. Zero upper visibility. Chaotic/zero project management. Incompetent leadership.

      Pros

      It's a stable place for the most part. Lots of opportunity within the larger IHS organization. Relaxed culture. Works hard to come up with company-wide events.

      Cons

      Issues that have been issues for years get very little attention so everyone makes their own solution to them. Lack of eye contact and not speaking for weeks on end is very common for a sizable number of employees. Very siloed structure.
