      Pros

      This was absolutely the best place to work, about 2 years ago. Wonderful people! Dog friendly!

      Cons

      No growth opportunities exist within the company, and there's substantial lack of support from management. People are siloed so much that multiple people may be working on the same project and would never know it. There's very little organization or project management, and the management that is there tends to be reactive rather than proactive. There's also an unfortunate amount of disrespect between departments. Management may not be aware that they are modelling this behavior for the overwhelmingly young and inexperienced employees.

      Pros

      Your fellow employees are the most enjoyable part of being employes there. Not too many people they are too important to talk with you or help you out with your concerns.

      Cons

      The company is going through a bit of a corporate culture shock since it was acquired by IHS, another firm which is not bad so far. The entrepreneurial fire Root once possessed has now been doused a bit.
