      Pros

      Colleagues, atmosphere, commute options, high-speed open source environment. Open to cross training, lots of hands on work. Able to take on new opportunities if you can prove you're capable.

      Cons

      They just laid off 10% of company, benefit adjustments result in more out of pocket cost for employees, a lot of uncertainty

      The culture and staff are great!

      Cons

      Unfortunately, after IHS bought RM all that has changed, and a lot of good people lost their jobs.
