Can be a great place if you go with whatever they throw at you but don't bother registering a complaint in HR

Pros

The Mission is pervasive throughout the hospital and there is a general feeling of everyone doing a good job with an active involved upper management

Cons

Things are swept under the rug, a subversive undercurrent seems to trickle down to the real worker bees and there is a feeling of not being on solid ground. Employees and even managers are just up and gone with a big hush.

The organization is staffed with well-respected physicians; facilities are new and state of the art.

Cons

You can be an experienced professional, and have precisely the qualifications required for a position, but unless the HR manager wants to put you through to the hiring manager, forget it.
