      Pros

      Roper offers a very diversified work enviorment. They are very active in community services.

      Cons

      Management doesn't really take in to consideration the satisfaction of the employee verses the customer they serve, there's no median to balance out the quality of service provided to the employees who are just as valuable, and are a very valuable asset.

      Pros

      Friendly environment with diverse job opportunities. Staff are well informed of issues that affect healthcare. My schedule is flexible and the medical benefits are excellent.

      Cons

      Comparible positions at other institutions pay higher. There are plenty of chances for professional development, but many of the available positions posted are lateral moves.
