Pros

Have competitive benefits and compensation packages. Have meetings quarterly to review YTD results. Progress is tracked and available for sales managers.

Cons

Poor communication back to employees. Employees reveiws are not always completed. Lack focus on key issues and are not open with employer

Pros

The Energy Services and Controls group in Houston has nice facilities and a good HR team. The work environment was pleasant, but one can chalk that up to Houston culture.

Cons

High turnover & a disconnect between management and staff. Roper was good at driving quality people away. Didn't see much of our outrageous operating profit invested back in the business.
