      Strong management; dynamic leadership; employees have room to do their jobs and to grow with the company

      Cons

      There is a "club" mentality with some of the management.

      Pros

      100% Employee Owned - $2 Billion company, but feels like a family business. Rosendin works on some of the biggest and best construction projects throughout the United States, so if you want to be a part of a design build project, high rise , sports stadium, renewable energy, data center, transportation, etc., then Rosendin probably can offer you that sort of opportunity.

      Cons

      This is the construction industry, so work can ebb and flow, based upon projects ramping up and coming to completion.

      Pros

      Two things separate Rosendin from your ordinary office construction job: the employees and the ESOP. If you don't know what an ESOP is, look it up. Rosendin's is one of the best.

      Cons

      Promotions, new ideas, and upper management can be somewhat stiff.
