Pros

Pay is decent. Bonus structure is decent. Hybrid model. Summer Friday's through summer. Student of the business model. A lot of learning and grow your own opportunities. Care for your success in your role. Many opportunities to grow with the company, you just need to be out spoken and put yourself out there. Casual dress.

Cons

Busy work. Depending on the area you get assigned to work load and flexibility can vary. Favoritism. Can be a high stress environment. Certain areas do not believe in work life balance. Management love to micromanage and listen to themselves talk. Many meetings. Meetings that can be emails are your day in and day out. The actual office space is dated. In the heart of DTLA, very unsafe surroundings. Advised by management to not walk around outside of the building.

Pros

They’re very flexible, understanding of sudden situations. They will help in whatever way they possibly can, maybe thats my store. Ross is amazing, just not enough alone to survive..

Cons

Very few hours are given, I know exactly how much I’m getting every two weeks. Around 555, which doesn't last long..
