Its a grind

Pros

In my experience, if you are an opportunist there is lots of room to grow because of the turnover. Ive seen PT retail associates move to AS and then ASM within a year. And then from ASM to SM within another year. The work isnt difficult but its demanding.. its very basic. Get it out of the back, set it on the floor, and ring the customers up.

Cons

Its a constant grind. You feel like you have to be there 7 days a week. The trucks are unreliable. They tell you to schedule for 5 days and then send three trucks. Then you ha e to cut your team. Then they say to schedule for 4 trucks but send 6 and now you can't get people to work. Customers are the worst. They TRASH your store but then you are expected to keep it standing tall. Youre expected to attract and retain talent but don't pay to attract and retain anyone. Its a great "profitable" company, but its all about processes and NOT people.

Pros

Employee discount 20% 3 times a year 40% off. Some co worker are nice

Cons

Store management are bullies /lack compassion & if you are not a favorite you get treated like crap. No raises, no hours and tons of work while others goof off. Company hotline is a joke since the complaints are forward to the store managers so if one of them or favorites are reported everyone knows who & what was said. Stores open till midnight which makes for a unsafe work environment. Job will take a mental toll
