Pros

Good entry level job, job easy to learn, but you have to work hard to really excel in the use of their gadgets, just pay attention and you can get a higher position because it is easy to climb up.

Cons

Always understaffed, always making up for night's mess in the morning, training is very inefficient with old videos, always had to read the newsletter to stay up to date with the rules because manager failed to have meetings stating them, and sometimes people would not find out until

Pros

It is for the most part a steady job. Not too busy but not a drag. The coworkers were also fun to work with. It felt like a team environment.

Cons

During holiday seasons it does get pretty hectic. Clothes all over and not orderly. Often times the employment seemed a little light for what the job required.

Pros

Moving up within the company is great. Ross is a great place to use as a place to obtain and cultivate mangerial experience that you can take with you elsewhere. The pay is pretty similar to other retail store. The management team is great.

Cons

Dealing with customers is always a hassle. Because there are a lot of minimum wage jobs, there are a lot of minimum wage workers, and that adds up to drama pretty quickly.
