Pros

The relaxed environment is fun and offers a chance to mingle with customers. If you are willing to stay with the company long enough, you can see promotion growth due to high turnover.

Cons

Too much pressure on stores to perform, and not enough resources to meet goals. A consistent lack of payroll for staffing stores.

Pros

Ross provides an opportunity to manage a large store with very little budgetary support, therefore, one has to be creative.

Cons

The company has cut budgets so far that a store manager cannot provide world class customer service or a great atmoshpere for associates.
