Thank you for your response. We make it a top priority to provide career development opportunities for our Associates. In fact, the growth and advancement of our Associates is key to the Company's future growth plans. However, we know there is always room for improvement and we take your comments concerning verbal abuse and favoritism very seriously. That is not a reflection of our core values and we are sorry to see you go. We hope that your next career move makes you happy!

Pros

benefits, co-workers, team work and ''some'' customers were nice to deal with otherwise the Fremont area is a trashy customer base

Cons

poor management, cheap corporate, strict rules regarding loss prevention ( focus on customer servicing shop lifters rather than apprehensions) would rather see goods leave the store then stopping thieves.

Thank you for your honest feedback. Our RISC team does review security infrastructure, new techniques, and innovative ways to prevent loss on a regular basis. Many times the changes we make take time however and a few versions before we get it right. Insights like this help us to adjust and make improvements for all Associates.

Company is living in 1995 in terms of technology & processes (just got wifi), company has a really long interview process and ends up hiring the wrong people, mediocre pay, way too many layers of approval for insignificant matters, disorganized everything
