Thank you for your feedback. We agree that Rotary is full of talented and passionate people that want to drive its mission forward. We couldn't accomplish all of our goals and create lasting change in the world without their dedication. It's important that these talented and passionate people are not only valued, but feel their value in a variety of ways. Some of the ways we do this is by ensuring that Rotary provides competitive pay, generous wellness benefits, and above market paid time off. We also want to empower our people leaders to utilize the various resources and support available to them to make sure they are reaching their potential. We've identified leadership attributes for each position that are necessary for success, provided different leadership courses (in-person/online), and have developed a mentorship program in order for people to connect and learn from one another.
