Pros

Great corporate benefits that cover everything from self, spouse, kids to pets.

Cons

The IT Dept. is poorly organized, seems to exist in perpetual crisis mode and has no real management direction. There is an ongoing battle between Support, Development and Project Management which makes getting any effort to an actionable state nearly impossible. Decisions take months while everyone kind of does their own thing just getting through the day-to-day without a plan.

Pros

It's easy to feel good about the work you're doing at Rotary International. This is a company fueled by good deeds and kind people who are eager to make a difference. If you want a job that you can feel good about at the end of the day, this is a great place to be.

Cons

There's very little room for advancement and a lot of red tape. This company is held back by its archaic reputation, but upper management seems too afraid to push on new and innovative ideas to usher in the next generation of the company.
