Pros

In non-COVID times, Rotary is an excellent place to be able to travel. The people are incredible to work with and there is always something exciting going on. The organization is very close to eradicating polio which is a huge achievement. It's exciting to be a part of something so positive. The benefits are top-notch.

Cons

There is not much upward career growth at Rotary but there are lots of opportunities for lateral transfers and developing different types of skill sets.
