You are doing the great job and get payed for it. It is worldwide known company. You are always surround surround by interesting intelligent people.

Cons

There are not very large potential for career development, but since it's not really important for you, that is ok.

It's easy to feel good about the work you're doing at Rotary International. This is a company fueled by good deeds and kind people who are eager to make a difference. If you want a job that you can feel good about at the end of the day, this is a great place to be.

Cons

There's very little room for advancement and a lot of red tape. This company is held back by its archaic reputation, but upper management seems too afraid to push on new and innovative ideas to usher in the next generation of the company.
