Pros

Great humanitarian cause and ABSOLUTELY wonderful volunteers. It's an inspiring, motivating and energizing organization, especially when you have the chance to get out of the office and work closely with the clubs and the projects. Also, the compensation and benefits are good.

Cons

In my department the managers were mediocre and the atmosphere was unpleasant. Promotions were based on butt-kissing and politics. There was a high staff turnover and low morale.
