Flexible work arrangements, generally friendly staff, nice office for in-person work and meetings, nice office location. Good, international cause work. Staff is extremely experienced and well-educated, but are often taken for granted.

Cons

Your experience will depend on your manager/department lead - notorious for poor management. Extremely siloed departments make it difficult to accomplish team projects. Clique-like vibes from certain teams. Technology is severely outdated, which is a shame for such a large company - your staff deserves more. Working with members can be draining, especially with poor guidance from management. Lack of promotion opportunities but many people have stayed for many years.
