Most people who work here are intelligent, passionate, and kind hearted. People are intent on doing the best job they can and generally want to see the organization succeed, particularly as we reach the end of polio and embark on the next initiative, yet to be seen.

Cons

Can be hard to work across silos- hard to get things done with certain departments, lots of red tape can make it frustrating at times.
