Pros

The culture at Roth is real. People truly live by our Mission, Vision, Values, Purpose and Promise, and it starts at the top. Sr. Leadership cares about our employees and the company as a whole, and they lead by example. People care about each other and treat each other with respect. Opportunities for promotion/growth exist and we talk about them openly (yes, for real)! We have quarterly, employee-led, structured conversations with our Manager that involve honest communication about growth, support, and success (personal and professional). I worked in a Branch, and now I'm in our Corporate Office, and I attribute my success and promotions to these conversations. They truly encourage you to speak up about how you need to be equipped, cared for, and how they can help you grow (whatever that means to you). The company is constantly striving to make life better, and even though we're already the best (we're truly a Top Workplace and/or Best Place to Work in most of our markets) they continue to out-do themselves. Whether it's 9/80 and Flex Schedule options, additional benefits such as Pet Insurance, increasing our paid Volunteer hours, or expanding one of the better parental leave programs (yes, that includes Paternity Leave and Adoption Leave too!), Roth is consistent in caring for its employees in a variety of ways. Work/Life balance exists here - something that's unfortunately VERY uncommon in the staffing industry! Trust me, I know from previous experience. Our culture at Roth isn't for everyone... we're a little more "warm & fuzzy" than most other staffing companies, and we have a ton of FUN at work (!) but that's honestly one of the top reasons why our Coworkers love working here, our Clients love working with us, and our Ambassadors (temporary employees) keep coming back. We offer wonderful benefits to our Ambassadors from day one, which is huge when compared to other staffing companies. We even offer 401(k) and annual bonuses to our long term Ambassadors. If it sounds like I'm drinking the Kool-Aid... I am. And I'll continue to do so until you find me a better staffing company to work for. Go ahead, I'll wait :)

Cons

Roth certainly isn't perfect, but I truly have nothing bad to say about working here. Every time I have a concern, I speak up, and it's either addressed or it's being worked on. All companies have room for improvement, but the difference is that Roth actually recognizes that and continues to strive to be just a little better than we were yesterday. Sometimes people like to find things to complain about... and that's okay. We're not a fit for everyone :) I choose to water my grass here, and let me tell you, it's pretty darn green.

Pros

Great company to work for. Get to work a 9/80 schedule and have every other Friday off. We are allowed to volunteer during work hours each quarter. Was recognized in 2018 as a Top Performer and was lucky to win a FREE trip to Hawaii for myself and a guest. Truly a remarkable experience. This is my fourth time winning. The executives at Roth Staffing are the most knowable and caring management. I am truly blessed to be a part of such an incredible organization.

Cons

In certain markets there is a lack of opportunity to be promoted.

Pros

Tremendous corporate culture. The Executive Management team takes the time to listen to our concerns and does a great job taking our suggestions and implementing them to improve processes and practices. The company truly cares about its co-workers, I have seen countless examples of Roth Staffing going above and beyond to assist with an employee who was struggling with something either on a personal or professional level. Salary and compensation are above the levels of our competitors and the training is stronger than at other companies I've been with. They offer flexible hours and put a strong emphasis on work/life balance

Cons

The benefits could be a bit more comprehensive and affordable.
