      Pros

      Working at Roth Staffing is an honor and a privilege. It’s great to work for a company that is so honest, ethical and values their employees. Just recently, I was awarded the Chairman’s Club award and went on an amazing trip to Hawaii with my coworkers and family. It was a remarkable experience that I will always cherish. I take a great amount of pride working for this company. You couldn’t ask to work for a better company and family. I plan on retiring here and feel lucky to have found my forever work home!

      The company genuinely cares about employees and there is a good work life balance here

      Cons

      The company is sacrificing their relational culture for the sake of progressing in the market and it is making it feel like every other staffing firm. New managers are bulldozing over existing work and trying to make Roth their own version of recruiting/sales instead of trying to understand the individual teams and how they operate. This use to be an exciting company to work for and now coming to work is nothing but stressful and anxiety producing.
