      Pros

      I think that Roth Staffing really does try to embrace and internalize the balance between work and life. I believe that because we are newer to this industry, there is a lot of growth potential and a great ability for us to conquer more of the market share.

      Cons

      The company doesn't capitalize on people's strengths so although it's great that we are able to do everything (flex desk), we don't have the ability to focus on one area of strength because of the emphasize placed on making sure we are evenly distributing our time.

      Great Compensation Plan. Leadership is always willing to help. Very dedicated to employees having a work/life balance. The culture and beliefs of the company is the main reason I decided to work here. The management team is very dedicated to being one of the top staffing companies in the nation. It is a very rewarding feeling to find individuals jobs and also help companies out in a time of need.
