      Best company I have ever worked for!

      Pros

      Great culture and supportive environment. The company provides all the tools you need to succeed. There is also a good work/life balance including a 9/80 schedule which gives most employees every other Friday off. This is a company I can see myself with for a very long time.

      Cons

      Most recruiter positions have merged into a hybrid position which requires sales and cold calling to develop business relationships. This can be a difficult task, but the company does provide support, training tools, and a helpful coworkers.

      Fun work environment with reliable coworkers and excellent career coaching that motivates and management who truly cares.

      Cons

      Lots of tools to master and must be able to multitask and keep up with changes industry wise and within company.

      Pros

      I work in an office where your strengths are praised and encouraged. We all have weakness but those are not the main focus. I feel like it's a family. We talk about life, joke and laugh. The job is stressful because our product is people but having supportive co-workers who enjoy laughing reduces the stress! We really do try with everything in us to live by ethics and integrity. Working for a values based organization was important to me and I found it within a sales organization! Wow! I see myself here for a very long time!

      Cons

      Because it is a privately held company, there are less resources than maybe the larger stock exchange companies.
