      Pros

      Lots of attention to ethical work practices and to quality of service. Its great to work for a company that cares as much about the people in it as the bottom line. Its hard not to love working within a company that writes having fun into its core guiding principles.

      Cons

      Its a pretty aggressive with its culture education, which is kind of overwhelming at times. The "touchy-feeliness" isn't a fit for everyone.

      Pros

      Roth Staffing is probably the best company that I have ever worked for. It’s a company that is not all talk! They really do genuinely care about me and my coworkers and that in turn makes me care about my job, I really strive to do the best that I can and I think that our temps reap the benefits.

      Cons

      This is an organization that is driven by sales and numbers. We have very hefty goals that we have to meet and sometimes I think that they are unrealistic. None the less, we try to have as much fun as we can!
