      I have never worked for a company that cared more for it's employees and their growth and development.

      Pros

      Employee friendly environment is encouraged and followed. Warm environment, no office gossip. Coworkers are kind and helpful, people are acknowledged by each other for work well done. Management truly cares about employees and gives encouragement and recognition. Management spends a lot of time and energy on choosing and retaining the best performers and also on guiding others to reach their potential.

      Cons

      Pay is on the low side compared to other industries, but most likely in line with other staffing companies. For me, the benefits of working in a great environment have outweighed the slightly lower pay.

      Pros

      On the surface, strong mission, vision, values, established and active in all corporate communications. Good on-line and live web training. Clear expectations set.

      Cons

      Mission, vision and values that are initially portrayed to be so important are only used when it appears to be convenient.

      Pros

      They let you run pretty independently as long as you meet company goals, they are ethical and concerned about doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Corporate really needs to take a real close look and dig into to senior management and what they do all day? We are all held accountable for sales and growing business, but if you dont meet your weekly numbers you hear about it from Senior Management, yet Senior Management has NO activity or sales documentation. "They" I'm sure are very well compensated, therefore I would think they would feel more accountable to carry their own weight and pay for themselves! Get on the PHONES, help grow business Sr Management - show us how it should be done!
