Pros

Driven by a strong sense of doing good for others, Mission/Vision/Vales, while driving profitability. Cares about temporary employees and treats them accordingly. Top management is thin... few people making most decisions. But, offices have good flexibility to do what is profitable for their market. Compensation is agressive and driven by success. Not as much turnover as I have seen/heard from other Temporary Services - good longevity internally. I disagree with earlier comment on Florida Management - have found it to be quite the opposite. Sales people are held accountable for productivity - would wonder what that individual's results were? Successful people are almost never let go. Local offices are going to vary greatly in size, personality, and success.

Cons

401K Match based on "company performance" Not much direction other than that. No Training Manager/Director - little bit loose with "self guided" training for new employees Privately Owned Company Relatively low amount of "National" contracts - would be more of an area for improvement

Experience with Roth Staffing

Pros

Roth Staffing gave me an opportunity to utilize my talents as an Account Executive and the latitude to provide solutions to prospects and customers. I was able to increase my skills with the training and mentoring programs provided by both the company and local management. Mission, Vision and Values are very much a large part of the company rather than just something that is sold to our customers. It was nice to be part of a culture that had a strong foundation. Feedback is welcome and embraced by management.

Cons

There are always some cons in the work place, but nothing that overshadowed the pros.

Pros

It offered an opportunity to grow the business on many levels; with the right training and support.

Cons

There is a huge disconnect between what is actually happening at work level to what Executive Mgmt. "thinks" is happening at work level. The regional support was horrible! Zero mentoring, zero training, very little usable advice on how to improve the office performance/position.
