Pros

Great agency to start in. Good training to teach you the sales and recruiting side. Compared to the cut throat of most competitors in the industry, they do try to do the right thing.

Cons

The culture has changed. It doesn't feel genuine anymore. If you slowly start to see the holes in it and question it, then you will either be pushed out or end up resigning. There are definitely signs of favoritism in the field and at corporate. There was also a big disconnect as well. Certain rules only apply to some and not others, especially if they are a friend of the Roth family.

Pros

My office was filled with great people to work with.

Cons

One week Adam announces he’s sending 40 people on an all inclusive trip to Hawaii and then the next week he orders for people to get laid off... Kid has zero idea

Roth Staffing Response
8y
This is Adam Roth and I wanted to directly respond to your review personally. I am always saddened when someone separates from our Company, and I wanted to respond to the points in your review: 1. Our organization is strong and we must always continue to recognize our top performing Coworkers and teams. We take Coworkers and their families (well in excess of 40) on a very nice trip to show our appreciation for their contributions to our Company. 2. We did close a branch last week that had not been profitable in the over two years that it had been open. Like all healthy Companies, we ask that Coworkers and teams grow their business and achieve reasonable desired outcomes. We all share in your disappointment, but I also have a financial responsibility to our Company to show a return on our investments. 3. Speaking of investments, we plan to increase our overall headcount this year by 15-20% while opening several new branches/markets. I certainly understand your position. It is an awkward balance at times – we must recognize and motivate our top performers while also making thoughtful, and sometimes difficult, business decisions to keep our Company healthy and performing at the highest level.
