Thank you for sharing your experience as a Roth Staffing Ambassador, here on Glassdoor. We were saddened to read your review, as it sounds like your assignment was not the best fit. Your local branch would be the best resource for discussing additional assignments in your market. Alternatively, you're welcome to reach out to our corporate Human Resources team, and we'd be happy to connect you with a regional manager, to discuss your future assignment preferences. Thank you.

Pros

Pros of this company would definitely be the 9/80 schedule. This company does not have a bad work environment. I would recommend for someone starting their career.

Cons

Not a lot of room for advancement. If you are with the company for over two years, do not expect to grow or learn in your career. Company also tends to pay employees they like higher than others. They do not look at salary ranges for everyone in the same role and pay accordingly. You could be working the exact same position as someone with the same amount of experience, and be paid 20k less a year.

Pros

There are no pros for working for any office in South Florida.

Cons

Biggest mistake was working in South Florida. All of the offices are managed terribly and they all have one Senior person that has all of the accounts, this Senior person does not want to work with anyone at all! The turnover especially in the West Palm Beach office is horrendous. Their sales goals are sky high. Technology is terrible. Plus this is the last destination for all the candidates that cannot find jobs so you can probably guess the caliber of talent you interview.
