Pros

Although most companies have strengths and weaknesses I believe that here are Roth our strengths over shadow our weaknesses in all areas. I am extremely proud to be part of this company. I know the organization isn't perfect but the amount of caring from all levels of the organization is very evident.

Cons

Working a flex desk is difficult at times and we have a number of different tasks to complete each and every day.

Pros

Having been in the staffing/recruiting industry for many years and working in this very challenging business where people can be competitive, this is a breath of fresh air. It's the most people-centric culture I've ever encountered. The commitment to employee engagement and success is REAL. Management in the branch and region seem to truly care about co-worker success. It's an immense challenge to make a sales business fun while maintaining a performance culture but they've managed to pull it off. LOVE IT!

Cons

The technology is a bit behind but I know that they're making significant investments to improve. The culture though more than makes up for any deficit in technology.

Pros

Great Mission, vision and values and the majority of the staff believes and practices the MVV's. The corporate support is great when they are available.

Cons

Not everyone in the "field" has the same perception of quality. The support staff is very lean which can leave you feeling helpless when you need assistance.

Thank you so much for your helpful feedback into how we can improve as an employer. It really is our goal to be the best company to work for. In order to implement changes based on your feedback, we will need clarification. We hope you will choose to either contact our HR Manager in an anonymous conversation or submit your feedback in the anonymous coworker engagement survey. When you say that the support staff is lean, are you referring to the corporate staff that is supposed to be available and ready to support your team as you conduct your business? or are you referring to support staff inside your branch? (which branches do not hire until they are profitable and can invest into hiring support employees). We recently implemented a structured manager learning path over the summer and have since been implementing it. But we would like more input on your comment...are you referring to branch managers? or Team Leads? or? We would love to hear whether it is your own personal experience and you felt you weren't provided the training you needed, or if you report to someone who was promoted and you felt they needed more guidance and training? We look forward to learning more about your input and implementing solutions that will make your experience as a coworker a remarkable one.
