      Pros

      get to meet many different people only a daily basis a challenging job as you work with companies and candidates a great sense of accomplishment as you help find jobs and help put people to work a lot of great support from coworkers, managers and people above them a nice base and comission structure a sense they really want you to have work / life balance

      Cons

      Our office being a smaller one does not have an office assistant. While that may change as we grow, it would be great to have someone here to answer calls so each person could potentially be out with customers at the same time.

      I love working at Roth Staffing because they truly care about us, for example the company's VP of Sales at our corporate office, sent me a handwriten Birthday Card. Our ambassadors, temporary workforce, we always put first, offer benefits, and all of us are truly elated to help people find employment.

      Cons

      It feels like there are never enough hours in the day, to complete all of my work. This does make the day go by really fast.

      Pros

      Nationwide calls to learn what other are branches are doing to be successful, the annual trip to Maui for top performers, games and nationwide calls to keep us motivated and engaged, the great team I work with on the local level, top-down support from Roth Corporate, and more. I love this company and would recommend it to everyone!

      Cons

      Not being able to assist everyone that walks through our door. We want to help everyone, but I guess that's where we get our drive!
