Pros

Some good people who want to believe the culture pitch

Cons

It’s all a facade. Poor executive leadership. Need to get out to the field more and actually meet people. CEO never travels and takes advice from his unethical SVPs. They want you to believe that the people culture is real but they’ll knife you in the back while they smile to your face. Evidence is in how they managed Covid situation. They fired dozens before financial impact was even felt. Older and more expensive co workers fired first. Then they threaten to sue when you land a new job.

Layoffs and furloughs were navigated with the utmost care and respect, and we're proud to have been able to welcome back many furloughed coworkers as market conditions improved. Pros

Good Marketing Tools, had good outlook from home office, but never reached local offices.

Cons

The office felt like you had to screw over the other departments, just to cover your own but. There was no energy at all. Coming to work was such a chore. Co-workers were all nice, but management wanted silence and no bonding. If you wanted to provide advice it was shunned.
