      Roth Staffing continues to look for ways to make itself better through increased benefits, social events, community giving, training, and collaboration.

      Cons

      There are times when it's run like a small company with a small budget even when it needs to start running like a national company competing with "the big boys."

      Pros

      I can whole heartedly say I appreciate and continue to enjoy my experience working at Roth Staffing. Over the years my role has evolved and grown in responsibility which keeps me engaged and always learning. The company is open and nimble, always willing to adapt and try new and different approaches to business and act on feedback and coworker input. The coworker engagement initiatives created to support and encourage life balance, purpose and doing good things really do create a best place to work environment!

      Cons

      Would love to see more schedule options such as the 9x80 and more WFH/Remote options.
