      Nothing really. Maybe the hybrid work style. But that will eventually end.

      Cons

      HR, Finance, Amusement dept struggle to retain employees. This alone raises major red flag. Excessive nonsense rules. You will constantly need to ask permissions to do anything.

      cute products, discount on food, fun to work with cranes and set up

      Cons

      overworked underpaid, can't play any crane games or win tickets, toxic work environment and wishy washy management
