-A good entry level job out of college -the coworkers you meet

Cons

-toxic work environment -favoritism for those who are Japanese -no growth opportunities -pay is extremely low for the amount of work you’re doing -no employee appreciation -rarely any company events -protects higher ups -would rather outsource positions instead of promote from within -turnaround rate is very high

Staff members, managers were very unnderstanding and felt like GM always stood up for employees.

Cons

Corporate felt very cold and no real interest in employee satisfaction. Customers can be rude to extent of verbal/ physical threat.

Nice co-workers/culture, free drink during shift.

Cons

For basically minimum wage and barely any benefits at all, you get to work in a loud, poorly managed, drama-filled low-end Main Event. Anywhere else would probably be a better use of your time and effort, don't consider unless it's one of your last options.
