      Poor appreciation for skill

      Pros

      Fun environment, good co workers, and easy to feel like you contributed.

      Cons

      Very poor compensation for mechanic positions. Very low ceiling for vertical progress unless changing location. We have lost three talented mechanics because the company cares more about keeping costs low than keeping good people.

      Pros

      Friendly staff and management. Lots to learn and ways to move up. If you care and work hard, you will be rewarded.

      Cons

      round 1 is open until 2am every day of the week so if you work nights you might not be leaving until 2:30 or 3. other than that no complaints

      Pros

      Almost everyone is nice... I guess...

      Cons

      Not worth the pay for the amount of work you do, especially if you are new. I still haven't got paid by them even till this day. It's been over a month since I quit.
