Pros

Coworkers are mostly nice You can get some experience if you agree to the low pay There are very few perks Decent insurance

Cons

Management in HQ is very controlling and micromanaging. They will account for every minute of your work day. Management in HQ is incompetent You will not get ahead unless you are a Japanese. You will be overlooked for promotions. Woman are not seen as valuable assets. You can't even complain to anybody since the CEO doesn't even speak English The company is extremely cheap. You are expected to lower your head and never disagree. Extreme toxic culture No training is provided Executives running the company are not qualified, they are only there because they are Japanese and men This company will suck the life out of you

Pros

It's a fun environment where you meet lots of great people

Cons

Management is constantly understaffing and under scheduling Base level employees are asked to perform tasks above their paygrade without additional compensation because there's nobody else to do it

Pros

$21/hour starting rate, half off food during lunch, free gaming/bowling/billiards/karaoke

Cons

Working into the unholy hours of the night (2:30 A.M. or later if working a closing shift), non-communicative management, management prone to retaliation for calling out illegal practises, schedule changes on a dime, availability is locked for 3 months after setting or changing it, no raises unless promoted
