Pros

You'll work with some excellent people and play with some cool games and such.

Cons

Upper management and corporate management is a nightmare to work with. There are multiple disparate departments that all oversee different aspects of the same slice of the business but none of them ever seem to know what the other one is doing.

Pros

Coworkers seem nice, a free beverage during lunch. That basically it.

Cons

Where to begin, not having high expectations at all for this job it somehow managed to STILL disappoint me and show me how incompetent a management team can be. From being understaffed during weekends despite them always hiring new people, most likely due to the insanely high turn over rate. Seriously if you have a good coworker that is a part time, don’t expect to seek them for more than 2 months tops. The place is also insanely unserious, yet they want us to treat it like our life depended on it and wanting us to over achieve, yet not giving any actual reason (or benefits) to do so. The managers are also insanely assertive and pushy. Requiring them to be called up for the most trivial tasks like combing tickets or having to grab a cup during your lunch like why??? They also have clear favorites and if they don’t like you, they will make sure you know it. Overall it really isn’t worth your time or effort. I wouldn’t even recommend it as a last resort. Retail and fast food would a dream compared to this place.
